  7. What if my customer has concerns about giving out their check information?

1. Is there a set up charge?
No there is not a set up charge but you must receive three or more returned checks per month. We do not charge maintenance fees, monthly minimums or have any other hidden fees as with other companies.

2. How much does your service cost?
Electronic NSF check collection is Free. Traditional methods are free also if we are unable to collect the bad check. If traditional methods have to be used to collect the item, we reimburse a 100% of the collected amount for any check up to 2 years old.

3. When and how fast do I receive my money?
All NSF checks collected are paid weekly. We can not guarantee when or if we will collect any check. Our experience tells us that will collect up to 85% of the checks we receive. Depending on your business, this could be higher or lower.

4. How often am I billed?
You are never billed for NSF checks recovered electronically. The check writer pays for the NSF check fee as allowed by state law. You are never billed for checks that are collected using traditional methods. We only retain a percentage of what we are able to recover and reimburse the remainder for checks over six months old.

5. What do banks think?
Banks are regulated by the same governing authority as we are, NACHA. They must abide by the same laws we do.

6. Can companies out side of the U.S. use this program?
No. We only collect NSF checks in the USA.

7.What if my customer has concerns about giving out their check information?
We already have their check information just as you do when you accepted their check. We are regulated by the Federal Reserve and NACHA and must abide by the law. We also follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We will do nothing that could jeopardize our ability to continue in business or to hurt your relationship with your customer.
