This Saturday our favorite DJ having just finished his latest tour with Madonna will stop by the small town of Kent, Ohio to promote his newest album “A Lively Mind”
Paul is quite excited to be doing a more intimate show saying “I am looking forward to coming to Ohio, on tour I will be playing a lot of remixes and a lot of the new album. It is nice to do my own music.”
If you live near the Kent area you can see him at BarCode on DePeyster St. in the downtown area, the show will be starting at 9pm and Paul Thomas from Detroit and a local DJ Evan Evolution will be keeping the party hopping.
Admission is $20 or $40 for a VIP ticket

Paul has yet another show lined up, this Thursday he will be in Columbus Ohio performing at the Skye Bar @ 1562 North High Street, we haven’t been able to confirm an exact time for the opening act yet so if your interested in going call 614-421-7593 and keep asking until someone tells you.

Word has it Microsoft’s Ipod killer named “Zune” will launch with a special Paul Oakenfold track already pre loaded on every unit.
We’re not sure which track it will be yet but given Microsofts agressive marketing efforts my money is on “Faster Kill Pussycat” but I have been wrong before, once many years ago..

When you hear Brittany Murphy’s name you generally think of her acting credits but it seems she’s planning to launch a music career… Recently Paul Oakenfold was so impressed with her musical talents he signed her up to do the vocal track for his up coming song “Faster Kill Pussycat” on his 4th album release “A Lively Mind” due out later this year!
Not only does he like her vocals he believes she has a great career ahead of her saying “I was looking for someone who was different and original, and from a different genre. A friend of mine hooked us up. I think people are going to be shocked if she gets around to doing her own record, which she’s told me she’s going to do.”
If Paul Oakenfold believe’s she has a career ahead on her industry insiders will pay attention.
